GEN 3.5 STATS - BALANCED POWER + CONTROL
A perfect storm of technological advances allow the paddle to have a Power Rating of 9.5 while still maintaining a 9.5 control rating. The 16mm core assures great shock absorption, while the aerodynamic tennis shaped face improves swing speed. A dual-layering system of carbon fiber allows powerful drives while retaining a plush feel at the kitchen line.
T700 RAW TORAY CARBON + CARBON FRICTION SURFACE (Dual-Layer)
- Uni-Directional T700 Raw Carbon (Toray)—Ultra lightweight, unprocessed carbon fiber strands are tightly woven together to create an incredibly strong yet flexible texture. This allows for much improved spin & control as raw carbon is unidirectional. The flexible fibers effectively disperse vibrations to absorb shock & to lower hand fatigue. Carbon Fiber is 5 x stronger than steel yet 70% lighter, also resulting in unmatched durability.
- Carbon Friction Surface—A second layer of carbon fiber is joined into the face using a multi-layer peel-ply system. The fibers combine the harden surface with the more "plush" surface on the T700 to form a super strong yet flexible compound. This retains the graphics on the face of the paddle while adding superior grit durability you can see visibly.
